Investing in Our Communities
At Range Resources, we don't just talk about making our communities stronger. We take action and support health, education, safety and other causes through our corporate giving program. For example, in one community alone, we recently made generous donations to a local hospital, science museum and zoo, in addition to supporting scholarship funds, libraries, animal shelters, fire departments, food banks and other organizations. We've also partnered with schools and universities to create workforce training programs that will encourage local hiring for jobs in the natural gas industry.
Thanks to the many volunteer hours logged by our employees, and our matching donations, we've also been able to support organizations such as the March of Dimes, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, United Way, Make-a-Wish-Foundation, Washington and Greene County Fair, Washington Hospital Foundation, Pennsylvania FFA and 4H, PHASE 4 military efforts and many more.
