Unlike oil, natural gas is a uniquely American energy source. Not only can we help break our dependence on other countries for oil, but natural gas can fuel the next generation of vehicles. Millions of vehicles across the globe are powered by natural gas, yet only a very small portion of those vehicles are in the United States. We can ensure cleaner air - especially in urban areas where we rely on buses - by switching to natural gas.

New Study: Pennsylvania Could Produce a Quarter of the Nations Natural Gas by 2020

The Marcellus Shale formation could become the leading supplier of natural gas in the United States within a decade, according to an analysis released today The report shows that the Pennsylvania Marcellus could produce approximately a quarter of America’s natural gas by 2020.
